Yes. We offer personalised footwear fitting and basic gait assessments in-store to help narrow down the shoes that suit your fit, movement and intended use. For injuries or more detailed assessment, we can also refer you to our in-house physiotherapist.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over $200. Express shipping is also available for $15 AUD.

Orders placed before 12pm AWST, Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off are usually dispatched the next business day.

Standard Australia Post delivery usually takes 2–6 business days , depending on your location. Express Post is available for $15 AUD and is typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Eligible purchases can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days , provided they are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with tags attached. You can find the full details in our Refund Policy .

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress with Australia Post. If it’s running beyond the expected delivery window, get in touch and we’ll help you look into it.
