1. Shipping Australia-Wide

  • We offer shipping across Australia to all states and territories.
  • Standard shipping is free on orders over $200
  • Express shipping is available for an additional $15 AUD.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM AWST (Australian Western Standard Time) will be shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM AWST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping (Parcel Post): Estimated delivery within 2-6 business days, based on Australia Post's standard shipping estimates.
  • Express shipping (Express Post): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential delays with Australia Post.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order via the Australia Post website.

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or peak holiday periods.
  • During busy periods, such as holidays, deliveries may be affected, and postal services may operate with extended hours.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the courier.
  • If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to Australia Post directly.

7. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within Australia. International shipping options may be available in the future.
