Refund policy

1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the item under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- All tags must still be attached.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns will be issued as store credit for change of mind.
- Items marked as "On Sale" or "Clearance", including any item listed under 'SALE' tab are not eligible for refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sbrcollective.net with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer free exchanges. To qualify:
- The item must be in new condition with tags attached.
- You must request an exchange within30 days of receiving the item.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the customers responsibility.
- Exchanges of sale items are at the stores discretion if stock is avaiable.
- All returns will be issued as store credit for change of mind.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the correct size to you after shipping fees have been paid by the customer.
3. Refunds
Items are only eligible for refund if they are faulty or damaged. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong sizing, however will offer exchange or store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Items marked as final sale or
- Items marked as "On Sale" or "Clearance", including any item listed under 'SALE' tab.
