SBR COLLECTIVE ASIC PROMOTION TERMS

ASIC RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the ASICS Raffle Promotion conducted by SBR Collective Pty Ltd.

By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by SBR Collective, which are final.

Promotion Overview

Customers who purchase an ASICS SonicBlast running shoe during the Promotion Period will receive an entry into a random draw to win one (1) pair of ASICS Kayano running shoes.


Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AWST on 03/02/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 27 February 2026.

Purchases made outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible for entry.


Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

To be eligible, participants must:

  • Purchase any ASICS SonicBlast running shoe from SBR Collective during the Promotion Period
  • Complete the purchase either online or in-store
  • Provide valid and accurate contact details at the time of purchase


The following are not eligible to enter:

  • Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of SBR Collective
  • Any person who returns or cancels the qualifying purchase prior to the draw
  • Any participant who provides false, misleading, or incomplete information


SBR Collective reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.


Entry Conditions

  • Each qualifying purchase receives one (1) entry into the draw
  • Multiple qualifying purchases will receive multiple entries
  • Entries are automatically generated from purchase records
  • No additional form or registration is required to enter


Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) pair of ASICS Kayano running shoes


Prize conditions:

  • Prize is subject to stock availability
  • Size and colour are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or store credit


Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random in-store on 28 February 2026.

The draw will be conducted by SBR Collective staff using eligible purchase records.


Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase within five (5) business days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, SBR Collective reserves the right to redraw the prize.


Publicity

By entering, participants consent to:

  • The use of their first name and state for winner announcement purposes on SBR Collective channels
  • Reasonable promotional use relating to the outcome of the promotion

No further personal information will be published without consent.


Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with SBR Collective’s Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information will be used solely for:

  • Administering the promotion

Disqualification
