The On Running Cloudmonster 3 takes max cushioning in a bold new direction, delivering a high stack trainer that feels structured, powerful, and built to move. Designed for runners who prefer a balanced, more controlled ride, it combines serious shock absorption with a lively toe off that keeps every kilometre engaging.
At its core is an evolved Triple Layer CloudTec midsole using Helion superfoam that absorbs impact and remains stable through the entire transition. The sensation underfoot is stable and energetic, giving you confidence whether you are building base mileage or locking into a steady pace. A reworked Speedboard sits between the layers, helping guide transitions and add snap through push off, while the pronounced rocker geometry keeps you rolling smoothly from heel strike to toe off.
The updated knit upper delivers a more refined fit, wrapping the foot securely while maintaining airflow through targeted ventilation zones. An improved tongue construction enhances step in comfort and helps keep the foot locked in place during longer efforts.
