About SBR Collective
SBR Collective started in Rockingham with a simple idea: buying endurance gear should be easier when the people helping you actually use it themselves.
We’re local athletes with plenty of kilometres behind us across running, cycling and triathlon. We know how quickly shoes, equipment and technical specs can become overwhelming, so SBR was built around useful advice, a carefully selected range and recommendations grounded in how people actually train.
We don’t try to stock everything. We focus on gear we believe earns its place in your kit, from established performance brands to products we’ve tested, used and would be comfortable recommending ourselves.
Who SBR is for
For us, being an athlete covers a lot of ground.
You might be walking more, getting back into the gym, training for your first event, turning up every week for your local club or chasing a new PB. The level matters less than having a reason to move and wanting gear that suits what you’re actually doing.
That’s why the advice starts with you: how you train, what you need from the product and what feels right.
What makes SBR different
Advice based on experience
We use this gear ourselves, so recommendations are based on fit, feel, purpose and real-world use rather than a list of technical features.
A range with a reason
Our products and brands are selected around performance, suitability and where they fit into your training. More choice is only useful when it helps you make a better decision.
Local knowledge
SBR is based in Rockingham and built around the endurance community in WA. You can shop online or visit us in-store for personalised footwear advice and fitting.
Support beyond the purchase
Choosing the right gear can take some trial and error. We’re here to answer questions, help with fit and make the process easier before and after you buy.
What we're building
We want SBR Collective to be the place people come back to when they need good gear and useful advice from people who understand the gear.

View returns policyA note from our founder
SBR started after I signed up for a half Ironman to raise money for A Stitch in Time, a local mental health charity, despite never having done a triathlon before.
Pretty quickly, I realised how confusing it was to work out what gear I actually needed and how hard it was to find useful, personal advice locally. That experience showed me there was room in Rockingham for a store built around people who genuinely use the products they recommend.
SBR Collective was created to make choosing endurance gear simpler, with practical advice, a carefully selected range and support from people who understand the training behind it. That idea still shapes how we do things today.
